Our goal is to make your experience with us a pleasure. 

We have intentionally designed our process to be personal, simple and swift.

1]   Collaborating – We work with your team to understand your business challenges and objectives. 
We start this process by conducting a planning meeting to fully evaluate your requirements.  A simple email or phone call will start this process. Click here to begin. The communication continues throughout the life of a project to to ensure clear, ongoing communications.

2]   Solving – Our team works to create a customized solution for you. 
Our engineering, creative, operations and manufacturing teams will brainstorm solutions that will maximize the benefits of EL for your project. We will electronically provide creative options that demonstrate your artwork with animation. Once approved, you will receive pricing and a project timeline.  From there you can decide to build a prototype, if required, or begin your project.

3]   Pricing – Simple, straight forward pricing. 
So you are always informed, an estimate of pricing can be provided during the “Collaboration” phase.  More accurate pricing will be provided prior to prototyping or production. Pricing is impacted by several factors such as:

• Size and shape of printed piece
• Quantity
• Square inches of illumination
• Complexity of animation
• Display needs
• Shipping needs

4]   Prototyping – We can rapidly create a sample for your approval. 
Prototyping is optional, and because of our successful history of execution, some customers prefer to bypass this step and go directly into production. Prototype costs and timelines vary depending upon the specifications of the project and will be better understood following the “Solving” phase of the project. 5]   Ordering – Simple, easy order placement.

6]   Producing – We commit to quality, on time, on budget deliverables.
Once ordered, we will quickly move your project into production.  Production timelines will depend on many factors, which will be outlined for you with pricing.

7]   Distributing – We ship when, where and how you want it.
We can fulfill shipping requirements to single location or multiple ship points.  Your products will be carefully packaged to insure all goods are safe and secure in the transportation process.
